Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of your package delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be completely unworn, in its original pristine condition, and enclosed in its luxury packaging with all protective plastics and tags intact.

Process

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.
